Every line is a feature you will find in a competitor. They are all anti-patterns for a serious operator. We commit, in writing, not to ship them.

  • No AI-detector evasion. If a recruiter flags it, the bullet is wrong.
  • No infinite-scroll job feed. Time-on-site is not the metric.
  • No anxiety prompts. We will never email you "X people applied today."
  • No streak counters. This is not Duolingo for hiring.
  • No data resale. Your career is not a dataset we sell to anyone.
  • No stealth pricing. Tiers are public. So is the comp floor we filter by.
QUESTIONS

Things people actually ask.

Do you train on my data?

No. Not now, not ever. Your inputs route to model providers under their existing terms (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google) and never train a foundation model. Run it yourself any time.

Why BYO keys?

Two reasons. First, sovereign control: your inference, your costs, your audit trail. Second, lower price. We don't have to mark up tokens you can buy directly. Platform keys are a convenience tier, not the moat.

Will recruiters detect it?

If a bullet sounds AI generated, it is wrong. Chameleon writes in the diff syntax of how the target company actually evaluates, not in chatbot voice. Receipts log every change so you can defend the rewrite if pressed. Negative roadmap: we will never ship AI detector evasion.

What's the comp floor?

We surface roles paying at least $80K USD base. That is a public commitment, not a stealth filter. Below that, the lane economics do not justify the friction of tailoring.

What if I'm already employed?
