How CHAMELEON actually works.

Chameleon is the resume engine. Paste a JD URL, pick a target archetype (Speed, Safety, Creative, Ecosystem, GTM, AI Engineer, Partner Solutions, Technical PM, or General), and the bullets rewrite themselves with a word-level diff so the operator sees exactly what changed and why.

The archetypes are not vibes. Each one encodes a vocabulary, a priority stack, and a framing pattern derived from how the target company actually evaluates candidates. Speed pulls from xAI, Tesla, SpaceX; Safety from Anthropic and OpenAI; Ecosystem from NVIDIA, AWS, Microsoft. The rubric is the product.

Under the hood the engine reads NSRG patterns to know which framing wins for the operator profile against the JD. It pulls UCW receipts (interview rounds, recruiter reach-outs, prior tailoring outcomes) so the rewrite is grounded in evidence the operator already produced. No prompt-engineering tax.

Output is auditable. Every diff carries the source bullet, the rewritten bullet, the archetype, the rule that fired, and the receipt that justified the move. If a recruiter pushes back on a phrase, the operator can show the chain.
